DIScourse

I just got back from a few days in New York and while I was there I found a couple of stores that had some of the Ann Demeulemeester jewelry collection.
After seeing so much of the collection at the Tokyo Demeulemeester boutique and not being able to afford any of it I was happy to come across some of it in the Big Apple.

I ended up getting the ring pictured above which is actually 5 rings attached together by 4 little rings. (Perfect! Just like the 9 rings of hell.) The rings have an oxidized finish and the thicker rings are slightly curved. It's actually comfortable on despite the little connecting rings.

I also found out that the jewelry line is being produced by Werkstatt München which usually makes more "gothic/industrial" jewelry. I saw some great necklaces while I was there as well but they were beyond my "budget" at this point.
